Shipping and returns

Italy

Express courier, delivery in 2-4 working days. Smaller islands and remote areas may take longer.

European Union

We ship to every EU country. Indicative transit time is 4-8 working days. Any taxes or duties owed in the destination country are payable by the recipient.

Rest of the world

United Kingdom, Switzerland, United States, Canada, Japan, Korea, Australia, New Zealand, United Arab Emirates, Israel, Singapore, Hong Kong and Malaysia: shipping on request. Write to m.sanciu@gmail.com with your destination and quantity and we will confirm feasibility, timing and cost before you order.

Packaging

Every bottle travels in shock-resistant packaging certified for wine transport. If a bottle breaks in transit we replace it: send us a photo of the parcel and its contents within 48 hours of delivery.

Right of withdrawal

Consumers may withdraw within 14 days of receipt under the Italian Consumer Code (D.lgs. 206/2005). Bottles must be returned intact, sealed and in their original packaging. Return shipping is at the buyer's expense. Refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving the return.
